Building Solutions LLC organized in 2005 as a consulting firm to
provide support to the residential and commercial building industries in
the design and construction of high performance buildings. Examples of
our work are illustrated in the ‘Recent Projects’
section. 3-D Building Solutions experienced significant changes on February 1, 2007 with the departures of Peter Yost and Steve Baczek. Peter returned to BuildingGreen, Inc., publisher of Environmental Building News and GreenSpec®. Steve Baczek now works under his own name continuing to design high performance homes, additions and renovations. Nathan Yost continues working under the 3-D Building Solutions LLC banner but will limit his activities to training, writing and construction consulting. The three founding members of 3-D Building Solutions can still collaborate as independent contractors when a project requires their three unique skill sets.
