When
ice is forming on the inside of your building’s roof and water is
dripping onto your expensive laboratory equipment, you want answers and
solutions fast. 3-D Building Solutions was called in to determine the
source(s) of water inside the working and conditioned space of this
laboratory building and recommend the most effective and economical ways
to eliminate the water problem(s). A review of construction documents,
exterior spray rack testing of wall and roof assemblies, visual
inspection of the interior conditioned spaces, and measurements of
interior surface and air temperatures, as well as interior relative
humidity, did the trick.
